Muscle Car Brakes Limited Warranty

Muscle Car Brakes warranties all its products (friction and related products) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply to defects or excessive wear when product has been used for other than normal and non-commercial use such as: vehicles used for public service, governmental use, public conveyance, trailer towing, racing, or vans and light trucks over 8,000 lbs. GVW. Any warranty is voided if product is not installed correctly by a certified ASE mechanic into a sound braking system that is properly maintained as part of normal passenger car periodic service.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage, failure or excessive wear caused by accident or abuse, unreasonable use, faulty installation, improper maintenance and adjustment, or abnormal commercial use. If the product arrives damaged in any way from shipping, you must notify Muscle Car Brakes and the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) immediately so that a claim can be established. All claims for damages and shortages must be made within 3 days from receipt of shipment.

Return Policy

A copy of the original invoice and an RG (Returned Goods) Number is required for any and all returns. It is recommended that you insure your returned package and keep your receipt for shipping. Return merchandise must be unused, in new condition, and must be shipped with appropriate packaging at the customer's expense. Muscle Car Brakes assumes no liability for goods that are lost in transit or received damaged or incomplete due to insufficient packaging.

Returned merchandise must be returned to us within 10 days after you receive the RG Number. Refunds are processed less shipping and handling.

Because our products are specialty items, we do enforce a 20% handling & restocking fee for returns that are not due to warranty (such as: customer sold car, changed their mind, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items

Any product that has been Thermo Cooled is considered to be a custom order and is non-refundable. In addition, slotted and cryogenically treated rotors and drums are custom made for your application and are non-refundable.

Muscle Car Brakes will work with a customer to remedy any wrong applications or defect problems. Special attention and care is put into every order; we want our customers to be satisfied. Repeat business and word of mouth is our number one form of advertisement.

Replacements

MCB’s Return Department will review all warranty returns. If returned products are not found to be subject under the limited warranty, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense. Any returned products which remain unclaimed after the customer has been contacted will be discarded after 30 days.
